Hi, I’m Roxane!

I’m a certified life coach with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Ottawa. I am a creative person who really knows how to get things done. In my life I’ve been a professional photographer and fashion designer and an executive with the federal government. I’ve travelled down many roads to get to where I am today. I started a life coaching practice to help people get to where they want to be.

What is coaching?


A coach is a facilitator, a partner. When you work with me, we will meet virtually, generally every week or two. I will help you clarify what needs changing in your life or what you want to achieve, and then I will help you figure out the steps you can take and I will support you while you take them. 

I love coaching because it is action-oriented, it is empowering, it is life transforming. I want to help you transform your life—be it a little or a lot!

How do you know if coaching is for you?


  • Do you feel stuck and you’re not sure how to get out of it? Maybe you don’t know where you want to go, you just know something has to change and you need help figuring that out.
